Best Western Grant Park Hotel Chicago

The whole place was clean, I loved it, and had great location and staff. The room was neat with very comfortable beds and had iron and ironing board, a work desk, and a cable television.

So glad we choose it, it's excellent place for staying in Chicago.

Had a real good stay at Best Western Grant Park Hotel, everything was very good.

There is lots of fabulous food for breakfast. The units are non-smoking, reasonably large with very comfortable beds. Ideal and best possible location close to Film Row Cinema.

i really enjoyed the lobby, it was bright. there was a good food.

My 7 nights in Chicago were such great. All the personnel was kind! I had the queen room, it was tidy and updated.

The folks working here were polite and we greatly enjoyed its central location. Everything was really good during our stay nonetheless disappointing aspect was old bathroom.

Perfect views and beautifully kept facility. Staff were absolutely amazing, everything was excellent during our stay. The bathroom was luxury & the bedroom was separate. The Irish bar was amazing and the drinks were complimentary...

It is a SMALL property located in Chicago Loop district close to museums, navy pier, Parks. Great dishes, central location.

Excellant breakfast, wonderful location, brilliant stuff. A nice garden restaurant was open on site. Room was airy and we loved out super bed. Late check-out was useful. This was a well-kept hotel in the heart of Chicago.

Rooms were fine, polite service, easy location. Relaxing beds, microwave, free wireless internet access and air conditioning in the room. The staff was respectful and the building was big.

We liked our stay, it's good value. The hotel in details was good and neat. Exceptionally nice location next to Film Row Cinema. Very comfy bed, modern bathroom and complimentary wireless internet, air conditioning and two TVs in the room.

Quirky & pretty clean hotel, it was in the best possible location, has FABULOUS staff. My king room was updated and very well kept. The service was courteous too. Obviously that free WiFi in all rooms was really convenient.

This is surely the best touristic hotel, very patient staff, delightful rooms.

We really loved hotel's cleanliness and location. Chicago Loop district deserves to be explored.

comfortable rooms with a beautiful view. staff here were helpful. perfect location, midway international airport was 9 miles away.

Navy pier was just a short distance away. Five Guys, set within 15 minutes' walk, was the best for dining❤
